That's right: we're doing the last loads of laundry and packing our bags. We're (almost!) Alabama bound! And I can't tell you how excited we are. It seems hardly real that in two days (squeal of excitement) I'll not only get to talk to Greg, but see his face, be wrapped in his embrace - and he'll get to see our boy (and for that, I think his socks will be knocked off.)
Indeed, our three months apart is coming to a close. And, while I know there will be other times that Greg will be gone (and sooner than we want him to be gone on another trip), it feels great to know that this time apart is ending. That's what we're focusing on: the present, this moment, the importance of now.
