Tornadoes.

You may have heard about the tornadoes that hit Oklahoma this weekend.

You may not have heard that they did not visit Enid, America. Yep, they missed us by 87 miles, but gosh - are the pictures from places just north and west of us shocking. (and when you live in Enid America, 87 miles is nothing. Think of this: we regularly drive 97 miles to go to the zoo.) We are certainly praying for those folks on the panhandle and on the OK/KS border.

We did get some amazing stormy weather. Crazy wind. Wild rain. And some serious tree damage.

Tornadoes are a season here, like hurricanes. Usually between April and the end of May. Apparently, this is how spring kicks up its heals in the middle of America.
